Making the Most of This Moment
Conversations with customers, food, Sake,
And the space.
All of that was limited to that one moment
"It's a once-in-a-lifetime encounter."
May that moment be all the more fulfilling.
We pour our heart and soul into every single dish,
We strive to provide you with a pleasant experience.
Food and drink that share the same regional character
Weaving the tapestry of culinary experiences.
Cooking
Using ingredients primarily sourced from Shikoku, we craft dishes that capture the essence of the season—from its earliest signs to its peak and lingering flavors—allowing you to experience the changing of the seasons.
We pay close attention to the visual presentation of our dishes and strive to create meals that are a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, served on tableware such as pottery from Shikoku and Kagawa lacquerware.
Sake
Pair Shikoku’s local ingredients with Shikoku’s local sake.
We offer a variety of pairings tailored to specific ingredients and cooking methods, ranging from a crisp, dry sake that perfectly complements the aftertaste to pairings that layer flavors—such as "sweet with sweet" or "umami with umami."
We invite you to discover the new Sake and experience its surprising combinations that defy convention.
A Message from the Head Chef

Seasonal flavors, served with care.
At "Kappo Takumi," we take great care in preparing dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the flavors, colors, aromas, and ambiance of our dining experience.
We are committed to helping you celebrate your special day and ensuring you enjoy a pleasant experience.
A Message from the Sake Advisor

Sake brings out the depth of flavor and the appeal of the dish.
We offer Sake made with yeast and sake rice varieties that are rare even in Shikoku, paired with seasonal dishes.
We invite you to experience the full charm of dining—made possible by Sake—through a diverse range of pairings, from classic dry wine pairings to dishes that highlight the natural umami of ingredients and those designed to be savored layer by layer.
We also offer Sake from outside the prefecture—items that are hard to find in Shikoku.
We hope you enjoy discovering new flavors.
